Our modern slavery and human trafficking statement
Dr Frost Learning is a Charitable Incorporated Organisation registered in England and Wales. Our mission is to empower teachers and learners in mathematics, ensuring that every student, regardless of background, feels capable in maths and every teacher loves teaching it. We deliver an online mathematics platform used by schools across the UK and internationally, covering KS2 to A-Level Further Mathematics. This statement sets out our approach to modern slavery and human trafficking across our business and supply chains for the financial year ending 31 March 2026.
Our workforce comprises employed staff based in the United Kingdom, supplemented by freelance question writers and resource developers, all UK-based. Our principal third-party relationships are with cloud infrastructure providers, MIS integration services, mathematical tool APIs, and UK exam boards for licensed past-paper content. All suppliers are established organisations operating within the United Kingdom or under equivalent regulatory frameworks. We have no physical manufacturing, logistics, or offshore processing supply chains.
We are committed to ensuring there is no modern slavery or human trafficking in our business or supply chains. Our practices include:
Our exposure to modern slavery risk is low, reflecting the nature of our business: a digital platform with a UK-based workforce, UK-based freelance contractors, and no physical manufacturing, logistics, or offshore processing supply chains. Our freelance contractors are UK-based mathematics educators engaged on clearly defined, fairly remunerated terms. Our technology and content suppliers are established, regulated organisations with their own modern slavery policies. The area of relatively highest risk is our freelance contractor base, which we mitigate through direct personal engagement, fair rates of pay, and clear contractual terms.
We measure our effectiveness through the following indicators:
We will review this statement annually.
All staff are made aware of our commitment to ethical employment practices through our onboarding process. We will introduce targeted awareness training if our risk profile changes materially.
