Can I get some extra support to get started and learn more about the platform?
Absolutely. We're here to help you make the most of Dr Frost Maths at every stage.
- New to the platform? You can book a free demo with a member of our team who’ll walk you through the key features and answer your questions.
- Already using the platform? You can schedule a training session through the Training page in the Dr Frost platform to get tailored support for you or your team.
How can I pay — do you accept invoices or purchase orders?
Yes — we work with invoicing and purchase orders.
When you're ready to subscribe, you can generate an invoice directly from your account's Subscription page. Simply add your purchase order details (or ‘n/a’ if not needed), download the invoice, and follow the payment instructions. Email [email protected] once payment is made and we'll activate your subscription.
My school used to use Dr Frost in the past, but we don't have a current subscription. How do we restart?
Welcome back! You can restart your subscription at any time by logging into your account and following the steps on the Billing > Subscriptions page.
If you’re not sure who managed the subscription previously or need help accessing your account, just get in touch — we’ll be happy to help you get set up again.
Is Dr Frost Maths free for independent learners?
Yes! Individual students can access core features for free, but they won't be attached to a school.
Our school subscriptions provide additional tools for teachers, like assigning tasks with deadlines, class management, progress tracking, and curriculum mapping.
Do you offer any other discounts or reduced rates?
As a not for profit charity, we rely on subscription income to support us in our vision of providing quality Mathematics education for all. We do understand that some schools may have exceptional financial difficulties as well as high need for our platform. We may be able to flex our pricing to support UK state funded schools in areas of high deprivation, or small or specialist institutions with unusually limited budgets.
